Oct. 1st -- Every member should have gotten two art works for the auction donated, photographed and uploaded to the email list. Please respect this, we need to make announcements and build a website.
Oct. 6th -
Next meeting at 11 Harrison Street - bring drawing rolls to exchange with each other. Bring art objects to put in vinyl bags (7 x 9.5 in) (we need 250 we have 25 made) Meet Christian Cerrito the new designer for the Art Machine. Major meeting about auction organization. (note: media announcements should have already gone out for print media)
Oct. 27th - meeting at 11 Harrison St. Swap drawing rolls. Switching system and motors for Ar Machine built and ready to install. Email blast announcement for auction goes out. Need to have system for paying for artworks in place and also a cataloging and recorded bid structure for auction. Also need numbered bid paddles.
Nov. 1st -Auction and benefit at Flux factory. Members bring artworks and hang show. We need bartenders, two auction workers, door person to take cash.
Nov. 17th - Meeting at 11 Harrison Street. collect drawing rolls. Final day to collect all objects for art machine.
Art Machine must be tested and all machinery needs to function.
Nov. 22-24th - break down Art Machine into components and bring pack for transport.
Nov. 25th - GH starts drive to Florida
Nov. 30th - GH arrives in Miami checks in at Pulse Art Fair, loads materials and tools for construction.
Dec. 1&2 - build & install Art Machine in Miami.
Dec. 3-6 - Pulse Art Fair
Dec. 7th - break down installation pack up and drive back to NYC.
Dec. 10th - GH back in nyc with piece.
Dec. 22nd -- Artists Meeting or Christmas Party?
